Protecting Your Mac with Internet Security

Watch tutorial on Internet Security

Mac OS X offers built-in protection from online threats, but still it is not enough. The Internet Security plugin built into MacKeeper protects your Mac from all kinds of online threats – identity theft, credit card fraud, malware, phishing etc. It includes two main modules – Real-Time Safe Browsing and Antivirus.

To use Internet Security, you should install either from the System Status page (you will see the Recommended Action: Install alert) or from the Internet Security page.

Important

You will not be able to install Internet Security if you already have another antivirus with real-time protection. All additional Internet Security files will require 150 MB of free space.
