5If you did not provide your phone number during registration, enter it in the Phone field in the dialog that appears and click the Computer was stolen button.
Enter your phone number.
6As soon as your Mac goes online, Anti-Theft will generate a report on its location and email it to you and MacKeeper customer support along with the thief snapshot – a feature for Mac computers with iSight webcams that will be automatically activated after you click Computer was stolen.
Important
Even if your Mac does not have iSight, we still recommend you to leave Thief Snapshot activated, as someone else may connect a separate webcam to a stolen Mac.
7Then a customer support representative will call you, giving detailed guidelines on how to communicate with the police and get your Mac back.
8In addition to the phone call you will receive an email message with the up-to-date report. In case the customer support representative cannot reach you on the phone, you will get the aforementioned guidelines in the email as well. You can also view the location report from your ZeoBIT account by clicking the computer name and selecting See location report from the menu.
Click See location report to view the location details.
9You will see the two tabs: Location report history and Snapshots. The Location report history tab contains the log of all location reports that includes computer name(s), date, IP address, geographic address, and technical details. The Snapshots tab contains photos of the thief made by iSight, if applicable.
